Shibata Industrial Co. Ltd., Japan becomes Shareholder in FenderTeam GmbH, Germany

On May 1st, 2009,
Mr. Atsuki Shibata,
President of Shibata Industrial Co. Ltd., Japan
and Mr. Jan Mursch, Managing Director of
FenderTeam GmbH, Germany signed an agreement
by which Shibata Industrial Co. Ltd. is becoming
a shareholder in FenderTeam GmbH.

The ceremony was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
in presence of Mr. Hiroto Suzuki,
General Manager of Shibata Asia, Malaysia.

This next and important step in the cooperation
between the two companies will further strengthen
the ties and is intended to support the expansion
plans Shibata and FenderTeam have agreed
for their fender business.

The whole FenderTeam is very excited
by the decision of Shibata and is grateful
for the support we received so far from
our Japanese partner and their Malaysian
daughter company Shibata Asia.
