Established in 2007 FenderTeam has grown rapidly and is today one of
the leading companies in the design and manufacture of fenders and
fender systems with offices in Germany, France and the United States.
To further support our future growth ambitions the shareholders of FenderTeam GmbH have decided to change the corporate form from a private limited company ( GmbH ) to a public limited company ( Aktiengesellschaft or AG ). The formal registration of FenderTeam AG has been effected on July 27 and the new company register number is HRB 119163. Please update our data in your computer system.
